If your country has import duties on outside goods, please take that into consideration and plan accordingly. Meder Beauty will not be responsible for import charges, customs duties or local applicable tax, if any.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Israel, Palestine, Armenia, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, South America, India, Pakistan due to these countries’ customs policies. We are sorry about any inconvenience this may cause. Should this change in the future, we shall post updates on our website and/or our social media.
By placing an order at Mederbeauty.us you agree to pay any duty and taxes that will be charged once the parcel arrives to your country. We cannot predict what these charges will be, if any, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Meder Beauty has no control over these charges and is not able to pay these charges for you or refund any of them. If the duty or tax is not paid by you in due time, your parcel will be returned to us or destroyed. We will then issue a refund for your order, excluding the shipping cost and the cost of return shipping + any other fees that we are charged in connection with this return. Please be advised and make enquiries about your country’s customs duties before placing an order.
Deliveries will be made by a courier company to the address stipulated in your order. You must ensure that the address is correct and that someone is present to accept delivery. Please be advised that we will not be held responsible for orders placed with delivery addresses belonging to warehouses or shipping companies.
We reserve the right to cancel any such order and return you the payment you’ve made. If we are not able to deliver your order within 30 days of the date of your order, we shall notify you by e-mail to arrange another date for delivery.
We may delay shipping of your order or deliver the products in instalments if they are not all available at the same time for delivery.
Goods are sent at our risk until signed for by you or by any other person at the address you have given to us. All goods must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over. If no one of that age is at the address when the delivery is attempted the goods may be retained by the driver.
When your goods arrive it is important that you check immediately the condition and quantity. If your Goods have been damaged in transit, you must refuse the delivery and contact us so that we may dispatch a replacement quickly and minimise your inconvenience. Signing “Unchecked”, “Not Checked” or similar is not acceptable.
Goods are sent by chosen Carrier (TNT/Fedex, DHL, etc). We are unable to offer a choice of carrier at this time. We will send you a message by email to tell you when we have despatched your order. No delivery time given is to be treated as contractual. We are not liable to you for any expense or inconvenience you incur on account of delayed delivery or non-delivery. Time for delivery specified on the Order, if any, is an estimate only and time shall not be of the essence.
If there is a defect in the product, we will replace it or refund you in full. The return request must be made to us by email as soon as any defect is discovered, but no later than within 14 days of delivery.

Please state the nature of the defect, with photos if possible, and your order number. If we agree that the item is faulty, we will do one of the following depending on stock availability and your choice:
- refund the cost of faulty product, OR;
- replace the item.
If you change your mind, you can return products bought online within 14 days of delivery date. Please note that shipping fee is not refundable in this case.

If you decide to return the products you bought, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reasons for return.
Please note that return requests of quality products are not accepted after 14 days from the delivery date.
If we accept the return, the products must be returned to us:
- unopened and unused;
- with both goods and all packaging in their original condition;
- securely wrapped;
- at your risk and cost via a courier service.
Please note that returns by post are not accepted.
Your refund will be issued within 14 days from receiving the returned products, as long as the products returned undamaged, unopened and in their original packaging.
Please keep in mind that the shipping costs are not refundable.
